Work at this site includes the installation of a 2400 mm dia. CSP liner in a 3050 mm dia. SPCSP culvert. The crossing is located on a local road over White Earth Creek, 14 km east of Newbrook. A location plan has been included in the Plans section of this document for the Contractor’s convenience. Without limiting the provisions of these Specifications and Contract, the Scope of Work at this site shall include the following:
Each bidder, in submitting a Tender, acknowledges that he has examined the site and the surrounding area; and is familiar with all conditions and /or restrictions that could affect or limit his operations due to such things as environmental constraints, public traffic, and property of others. Unless otherwise specified, the Contractor must supply all materials necessary to complete the Work. A complete job is called for, therefore any labour, material, equipment, tool or incidental item not specifically mentioned, but necessary for completeness will be considered incidental to the Work, and no separate or additional payment will be made. |
